How To Use:

Boil Water, while water is burning make sure toilet and bathroom area is clean and sanitized. Take disposable Sitz Bath out of wrapper and unfold. Remove adhesive cover and place on toilet seat being sure to wrap wings of adhesive to toilet rim. Pour in your boiling water (allow to cool for a few) and add your Vagi Steam Tea Bag. Grab a towel, blanket or robe and make sure you have socks on. Sit down and cover yourself with blanket. Sit back and relax for 30-40 minutes..
